E-mail

	Most, if not all, internet users have an e-mail address. No need for the sending and receiving party to be online at the same time.
	There is a delay between sending and receiving. E-mail attachments typically grow by 33% when encoded for delivery, resulting in unnecessary overhead for larger attachments. Most e-mail providers limit the size of the mailbox, resulting in delivery errors when full. If an error occurs, the file has to be re-sent completely.
